Discussed 200amp service and overhead clearence of service entrance conductors. Miscommumication with Idaho power on how easy it would be to get around tall shop and refeed house. Roof pitch on shop 3x12 suggested building a stand off on corner of shop and stay below roof to avoid above roof requirements. Has provided a grounding electrode system of ground rods 5'5" apart. Concrete encased electrode is provided on east wall that will be connected when framing complete on that wall. Discussed interior receptacle locations and types and required lights for interior and man doors.

BCC 04-05-21- Electrical permit required to cover from outdoor panel to HVAC disconnect. Owner stated he provided conduit and wire and electrical contractor terminated wiring. Either owner pulls permit for feed to disconnect or contractor takes responcibility for entire branch circuit.
110.14- Grounding terminations in panel, up to 3 under each termination, but shall be of same size conductor.
110.26- HVAC fused disconnect shall have minimum work space provided 30" wide and 36" deep. Now located behind HVAC unit.
