Provide approved door hardware at driver and dispatcher room doors--must be opened in a single motion without the use of a key or special knowledge or effort, provide signage at express room door if keyed locking hardware is to remain or remove deadbolt, see plan review note #1 for door hardware requirements.

Door at NE corner needs approved hardware, provide building address numbers min. 4" high, provide knox box.

The exit door at northeast side needs approved hardware installed, the shell permit must be finaled prior to TI which needs building address numbers and a knox box installed.

Witnessed testing and start up of the fire pump, tested at 150%, 100%, rated flow and shutoff, tested jockey pump, need to run drain from pump casing, need to install sensing lines per NFPA 20.
