Vertical construction is in progress at Lusk Place. Dewatering and diversion of seepage water is still occuring. RP Jose Bautista has a log of turbidity readings. The discharge appeared very clear with no other dectectable water quality issues. Runs into Ann Morisson ponds and stream channels. Jose stated that dewatering is occuring due to utility work to be performed by United Water on Lusk Street.

Permit is posted on trailers as well as SWPPP, wattles protect north side of site, minimal trackout. Site is in compliance with ESC condtions.

Entrance to Involta is now paved eliminating trackout issues. Crew onsite installing landscaping and irrigation lines. Exterior fram is built with work remaing on the interior. No dust or nonstormwater discharges observed.

Crew installing fence posts is not using a designated washout and has washed out in a few seperate places along fence line. Berm to the east of building is tracked vertically which could cause rill erosion is not regraded/stabilized.

Two verbal corrections to RP Bernie
1. Make fence crew use designated lined washout.
2. Retrack berm or provide schedule for stabilization.

Site has combination of silt fence and construction fencing to establish a perimeter control and control access. Permit is posted, construction entrance is a paved surface. Peppermill Estates' individual lots have not yet started construction. Streets, gutters, and utilities are complete. Some work is ongoing for common area fencing, landscaping and stormwater ponds/swales at front of site.

No trackout or erosion of sediment occuring on parcels. Permit and SWPPP information is posted. No discharges or chemical storage at site.

Approved. No corrections at this time.

Warehouse demo & new addition is in progress. No disturbed area or loosed sediment on front of building on Westpark. Permit is posted with contact info. The rear parking lot to the south has had some trench work that is not yet patched over so there is some loose sediment. The grassy swale inlet has sandbag to collect dirt. No trackout. Will be swept after paving.

Site is in compliance with permit conditions.

Triplett Sub development phase is complete. Townhomes are in progress, upper view lots are vegetated. Rocky swale drainage is protected by well established grass and silt fence between the swale and the area of disturbance. Tahoe Homes is using a lined concrete washout pit.

No corrections at this time. Will keep permit open through completion of townhomes.
