Alarm testing complete for tamper switches and flow switches on wet pipe fire sprinkler systems located on levels 1 through 9 (signal verification still needs to be performed on level 1 simplot tower dry system). Items that still need inspected: audio/visual signals on parking level dry/standpipe systems as well as dry/standpipe systems being supplied from the JUMP fire pump, audio/visual devices on level 1 and parking level, elevator recall on all elevators, emergency fire door on level 1, in duct and smoke detectors on level 1 and parking level, stairwell pressurization on general alarm, fire alarm interface with kitchen hood monitoring and signal verification for commercial hood fire suppression activation, all fire alarm components associated with annex building and monitoring verification.

Final fire sprinkler inspection for level 1 simplot tower complete. This FIR permit is associated with levels 1 and 2 of the annex building, final inspection needs to be completed for the annex before this permit can be finaled. This FIR permit will also stay in issued status (Partial final for records) until BLD permit is ready to be finaled on life fire safety, at time of life fire safety completion FIR permit will be finaled as well.

Final fire sprinkler inspection for levels 5 through 9 complete. FIR permit will stay in issued status (Partial final for records) until BLD permit is ready to be finaled on life fire safety, at time of life fire safety completion FIR permit will be finaled as well.

Final fire sprinkler inspection for levels 3 & 4 complete. FIR permit will stay in issued status (Partial final for records) until BLD permit is ready to be finaled on life fire safety, at time of life fire safety completion FIR permit will be finaled as well.

Tenting inspection performed for overhead fire sprinkler piping located in attic spaces done, piping cannot be covered, numerous area's throughout level 3 has insulation going over the top of plumbing vent lines, pocket between sheetrock and piping will not be formed due to the spacing. Level 3 west apartments has miising insulation over the top of the piping in the living rooms, piping cannot be covered at this time.

No fire sprinklers, no fire alarms, in-duct smoke detection is stand-alone, final commercial hood fire suppression system inspection is complete (FIR16-00622, permit is not attached to project related cases). Final life fire safety inspection passed/complete.
