Received a phone call from the project RP, Chase of Western Construction. Soil Stockpiles screening should be completed by Cloverdal Nursery in a couple of months. After soil are removed from the site then final grading of work area will be completed and seeding withe dryland mix along with a soil binder, (End of February 2011). Upon achieving 70% of coverage the permit may be closed (local and federal). Will follow up.
