Contacted RP via cellphone and left voicemail describing the drop inlet at the bottom of the road needs protected. Silt Fence and Waddles need to be maintain. Silt Fence Tightened up, straw waddle needs to be layed back inplace and staked. Will follow up tomorrow: 10-22-13
