Overhead hydro test passed. Forward flush failed. It is required to have 7psi but we only got 3psi. Design static pressure was 55psi but 50psi is showing on the bottom guage.

I went to the job site twice, called six times and left three voice messages but could not make contact. I noted that not all work was done such as exit from Patio, panic hardware at both main exit doors or exit discharge lighting at both main exit doors.
