Discussed the existing conduits and raceways exposed during remodel that are not up to todays code. If existing are not used as part of this remodel and there are not life safety issuesthey are ok to remain as originally installed. If used in any way they shall conform to today code.
BCC 4-05-32- Code violations not to be retained. 110.26- Work clearance shall be provided for HVAC disconnect for electric furnace located in a small enclosed space large enough for unit only and disconnect located above unit with 480 volt circuit present.
