NOTE: owner only has a single line drawing of floor plan, no openings shown, not to scale, he was given a typicall wall cross section, by our plan checker and permit was issued, owner does not understand and is trying to do all work himself. According to our own pollicy plans need to be to scale and detailed to show compliance as required by the IRC code.
