AG hydrostatic test of the wet system failed due to approx. 9psi pressure loss and a leak at one location. The dry system gauge read below 200psi at the conclusion of the test. Also noted 24hr air test needs to be completed for the dry system.

Manual pull stations at two locations within the area of work (NE and NW exits) are mounted too high, wall mounted notification devices at two hallways south of the TI area adjacent to open office areas are not in sync with the new ceiling AV's per contractor and are below min. height AFF. Provide approved plans on site at next inspection. Notified contractor to provide plans reflecting any changes on resubmittals or as-builts with inspectors approval.
