OH rough-in for the 4th floor building #2 wet and dry system inspection completed today, noted one missing upright head at the attic system above the riser room, missing seismic bracing at dry system mains north side, tenting at the wet piping appears acceptable. Noted corridors, laundry/trash chute rooms, and star landings are not yet complete, field modifications annotated on plans for added or deleted heads, attic pockets at the north end to be entirely filled with non-combustible insulation to meet exception criteria per NFPA 13 for non-sprinklered locations.

Missing address numbers on the building, exit discharge lighting is not complete, missing one exit sign at the northwest exit door per clouded plan revision, need to repair EM lighting at the main office area, also need to provide means for testing the HVAC duct detectors (ie artificial smoke) for unit shutdown, inspection concluded at this time until repairs are made.
