Remodeled bathrroms ( main and master) which was contracted by Disaster Cleanup (###-####) foreman named Darrell. Subcontracted plumbing to John Hensley at Workhorse Plumbing. Master was remodeled changing shower to a jetted tub with shower, moved lav and replaced with all new fixtures ( toilet and lav). Main bath was remodeled with changeout to jetted tub with shower and new toilet and lav. no permits taken out. Met with homeowners(Mike Cambell) and called and talked to John Hensley. Civil penalty warning will be sent to John.......................ds
