First phase of project to begin at Quarry View Park and consists of improvement of the Hot Springs trail.

Permit sign to be posted at start of project off Bacon Street path access. Roadmix and topsoil mix will be imported to improve trail drianage and prevent mud during wet periods for all season use.

BMPs will be stockpile management , flat area of disturbance with low erosion risk. Vegetation surrounding trail will be preserved. Initial access will be at parking lot of QV park and across grass. Subcontractor on agreement with Parks to restore any damage grass or ruts from vehicles.

Approved. Hillside Park phase of project will start in 1-2 weeks.
