1. The water lines are undersized on the hot and cold sides.
2. Nail plate protect all pipes with proper protection.
3. DWV pressure test failed.
4. The Master bath lav trap arm is too long.
5. Strap all water line sub-outs.
6. Install pipe insulators on the water lines going through studs.
7. Isolate all water lines from concrete.

1. 24 houir test passed.
2. The downstream vent must be taken off the upper half of the sewer. see correction notice drawing.
3. Use wye branch fittings on the vent and a drainage fitting on the 90.
4. Add a flammable vapor vent to the tank itself. see diagram provided with the correction notice.
