I gave the sprinkler contractor permission to cover the sprinkler piping but there are several outstanding issues still. No approved plans were on site so I could not verify if the corrected head spacing was alright. Also 8.0 K factor heads have been installed. I requested verification that the existing sprinkler system could support these heads. The fitter stated that Randy Knutson had already done this investigating. The annual inspection tag has not been updated at the riser.

Provide suite number, exit discharge lighting at the front exit (rear exit is covered) and provide an indicator at the front exit.

Per James this permit will be rescheduled for tomorrow after the backflow preventor has been certified.

Fire sprinkler rough-in passed

Install the door hardware for verification and repair the exit signs/emergency lights.

Rough-in for the standpipe in stairwells #2 and #4 passed

Underground hydro test passed
