The thumbturn dead bolt had not been removed and the lever hardware did not unlock in a single motion. The owner became very upset so I left the project and contacted Sam Rogers and Mark Sentenno. The owner met with Sam and Mark met me on the job site. Sam gave the owner, Patty, 10 more days to correct the last two deficiencies.

Provide approved single action hardware on one of the main exit doors, provide doors and hardware on the new office and repair the exit sign. Provide verificaiton that the fire sprinkler system has had its annual inspection.
