210.70- Means shall be provided to disconnect all conductors in a building or structure from service entrance conductors.
210.11(C)(3)- At least one 120 volt 20 amp circuit shall be provided for bathroom receptacle outlets. This circuit shall feed no other outlets.
210.11(C)(1)- 2 or more 20 amp branch circuits shall be installed for small appliance branch circuits. These circuits shall only feed areas noted in 210.52(B).
400.12- Flexible cords shall not be used as a substitute for fixed wiring of a structure.

406.4(D)- AFCI and GFCI devices shall be located in readily accessible locations for replacements.
406.4(D)(2)(b)- Non-grounding type receptacle outlets shall be permitted to be replaced grounding type receptacle outlets if GFCI protection is provided and labeled.
406.4(D)(5)- Listed tamper resistant receptacles shall be provided where replacements are made except where ungrounded type receptacles are replaced with ungrounded type receptacle outets.

BCC 4-05-17- Unlawful electrical procedures. Residence owned by a real estate company and has used property as rental for years. Individual hired by them informed property has been owned by McLeod for 18 years.
Misc wiring has taken place over many years creating multiple code violations. Work shall be performed by a licenced electrical contractor with a valid electrical permit.
Dan Shawn White ELE journeyman 005497 has been assisting with some of work. He is a journeyman electrician only, no contractors license.
House has electrical service located on interior of enclosed room on back of house. Receptacles and switches have been changed out recently with grounding type receptacles on ungrounded circuits with out GFCI protection. New receptacles shall be tamper resistant type. Wiring added from bathroom GFCI receptacle to kitchen receptacles serving kitchen counter top surfaces. Bathroom receptacles shall be fed by a dedicated 20 amp circuit that shall feed no other outlets. Kitchen receptacles serving counter top surfaces shall be fed by a min of 2 20 amp branch circuits which shall only feed areas listed 210.52 (C). Flexible cords present in conduit under meter main combo and on interior of kitchen. Hood wire relocated to upper cabinet with exposed conductors. Microwave being installed shall have dedicated circuit as per 210.11.
Other violations most likely exist. Will inspect fully when electrical permit exists.
