Responded to citizen complaint regarding trackout from site onto 36th. Met with RP and inspected site to approved ESC plan. Pit run is in place on all entrances and road is being put in this week. Informed RP that all employees must be parking off site to avoid any trackout problems while roads are being installed. Notified complaintant of action taken.
