Called Jarrod via cell, disclosed that the equiptment operator ripped a large hole through the silt fence. It needs to be replaced asap. Also, perform some type of dust suppression. 3-4 inches of fluffy dirt throughout site. Wind will carry sediment off site, onto adjacent properties. Water down area.
