Todays inspection was for the a/v's only. Functionallity, candella settings and spacing were checked today. See the city approved plans for deficiencies listed which include additional devices needed and wrong candella settings. EOL voltages were not checked or any of the initiating devices.

Remove the protective caps from the pendant sprinklers per NFPA 13 - 8.3.1.5. Provide intermediate temperature pendant per NFPA 13 - Table 8.3.2.5 (a) for the pendant in necropsy room. Two pendants are nto allowed off of the same 1" outlet unless specific requirements of NFPA 13 are met. The plans do not show these requirements. The plans do not show this piping arrangement. The plans show separate outlets for each drop.
