steve - please call for access Phone #: ###-#### another contractor roughed this building in and never got a rough in inspection, test dwv system, I also need a permit for the sprinkler system backflow preventor, I did see the tie in while I was here on another inspection and it was ok, the number 1 shutoff needs to be replaced with a shutoff valve with a test port.
