Upper section where barriers are in place and BFM has been sprayed are holding up well, even sightings of vegetative growth. Informed operator that lower section and west side of upper section needs BFM application as soon as possible. As well controls to reduce trackout is expected as well as the contractors suggestive collection berm to hold runoff. "whatever they need to do to reduce trackout and turbid runoff" is expected. Install prior to next rain event.

Verbal to RP and operator (R. Brown): West construction entrance needs width increased next to the road to fill up the mud hole where trucks have been running through and tracking mud. As well, remove construction debris/trash or bring in a dumpster; stay on top of debris. Remove concrete residual which was cleaned out on the ground surface, place in washout pit.
