Verbal to RP:
After the breeching of the river to Quinns Pond, must re-establish and add additional stabilizing to the inlet and outlet channels. Must follow practices that are industry standards. Gave the conciderastion options of using bent rebar at a length of 24inchs minimum to secure the geotextile fabric to the channel slopes.

Also informed the RP, contractor and city of Boise that since there was a turbid discharge into the Boise River occurred, that per the requirements of the 2008 current CGP they must notify EPA of the discharge and document into the SWPPP log. The discharge occurred on 10/25/2011 around 12pm.

Other concerns of the wattles have been removed along the Green belt.
