Contractor was not ready for final inspection at the agreed time, both dry systems were off line with control valves shut, air supply lines shut, missing valve trim at both systems including drain line for the pressure switch, automatic ball drips, plugs at the 3-way air guage valves, low air switches were not set. No pre-testing or system check had been completed prior to scheduling a final acceptance test. Although the inspection failed, agreed to make a same day return trip if corrections could be made in time.

Fire sprinkler final inspection passed per site visit completed by K. Roule, permit finaled.

Life safety inspeciton passed, the provided PFE to be attatched to the wall as discussed prior to structural final as agreed.

Items on correction notice verified for completion, one exit sign repaired while on site, fire life safety finaled.

Hydrostatic test for the 3rd floor NE quad passed, OH rough-in is also acceptable pending repair of beam fireproofing at noted locations where it has been removed to install branch line hangers, also noted field modifications to floorplan layout to be documented on as-built plans.
