Sprinkler piping is ok to cover. I let the builder and on a previous visit the owner know my concerns that the tenting is maintained and that adequate insulation is provided.

The permit is not ready for final yet. There are some spacing issues near the front fo the tenant space. Also earthquaking and retaining straps need to be installed. All pendants have been removed as per the scope of work.
