Status: Jon (property owner) is stated to attend the RP class next week and after receiving the RP certification he will get an ESC permit. Scope of work is to cover of misc area with clean fill, final grade and then re-vegetate. Will follow up under the mis permit in three weeks.

Written Correction to RP, dump trucks running in and out but the rock entrance is not acceptable, already issued two verbal corrections for the entrance to be installed. Will re-inspect on Monday morning 11/1/10, if not installed a stop work order will be issued.

Permit transferred?? Verify. Kristey came to City Hall to transfer the permit from Idea Demo to Hawkins but their were no certified RP for the transfer therefore the transfer could not be completed, intormed Kristey that a valid RP must be attached to any active ESC permit; transfer to be completed after a valid RP is able to be attached to the permit. Will nspect in three weeks not only the site but to see if the transfer has been done.
