Inspection was for cover at hard lids in the main box office lobby area first floor on sheet FP2. Fail inspection, provide resubmittals for several changes in pipe routing from the approved plans, two heads are 5' apart, one retaining strap is not fastened to the beam, not all heads are cut in.
