Responded to citizen complaint regarding dust from site. Talked to RP about complaint and measures being taken. Was informed that project is on hold indefinitely. Reminded RP that according to the ESC permit conditions that the site must be stabilized within 30 days of construction activity ceasing. He will contact me with stabilization date and measures. Contacted complaintant about action taken and referred them to Code Enforcment for further assistance.
