Correction Notice:
1. Provide a concrete washout pit or external sealed container or a narritive plan on how concrete washout will occur.
2.Clean out gutter pan of all sediment, debris, storage of Mortor mix, and all concrete and mortor washout residual.
3.Clean up and remove or place into a concrete washout area of all crete washout spoil piles.
4. Provide an RP that will have day to day control over the erosion and sediment control for the duration o the project.
Failure to comply will result in a Stop Work Order. Will re-inspect on 10/31/08 PM
