Telephone conference with RP Jay Walker and Brighton inspector Daniel. Discussed the following:

1. Landscapers, fence builders, and others are currently causing track out due to not using construction entrances.

2. Due to subdivision grading process, initial entrances have been removed at this time.

3. All grading will be finished by 1st week of November

4. Street cleanup once grading has been completed.
5. Hydroseeding will occur within 14 days for stabilization.

Cement washout access is muddy and resulting in track out. Talked to Hunter Homes RP Rollo Bird and requested that more rock material (construction entrance) be placed around washout. The washout is actually in Timberside phase 2. Will reinspect when back in area.

Met with Shayne Geib, Operations Manager at Cutting Edge to discuss scope of project along Whitewater Blvd.

Operations:
1. Screen existing stockpile onsite (per consent with Alta)
2. Place screened topsoil material in tree holes and compact . This will be done using front end loader and dump truck
3. An auxilliary stockpile will be at corner of Fairview and Whitewater for work at that end of project.

BMPs:
1. Provided construction entrance at round about where screening operation is occuring
2. Manual sweeping of any dirt on sidewalks/street
3. Level tree hole topsoil piles below curbing.
