mke ###-#### dix call mike to set up a time for a conference to figure whos doing what on this job. the building out back mec06-02225 was called in but never passed. you should go over that one with him also...spoke with mike, his scope of work only included the gas line and ductwork in basement. i later spoke with the home-owner and told him why i had put a stop work on the job. he needs to go to the city and get a heating permit for the furnace, ductwork, w/h, range vent, etc. he also needs to update his elec permit to include the rest of the fixtures as the 1st permit only covered a 200 amp service. he will call all the inspectors and schedule a conference to discuss the changes. his g/c walked off the job due to money issues a few months ago. i called dave hannah and let him know what was going on
