Overbooked. I contacted Peter and we agreed to reschedule for monday morning. I can find no record of a sprinkler permit for the changes that were needed per the previous conference. Peter stated the original contractor was no longer there and he did not know about sprinkler requirements.

Provide "job site copy" city approved plans for inspection, three upright heads on two lines (six total heads) are blocked by truss webbing, branchline restraint is missing, earthquake bracing is missing, wrong extended coverage pendants have been installed which will require a plan modification, as-builts will atleast be needed to show the pipe routing changes, one upright head at the mezzanine walkway appears to be overspaced. Ceiling tile can be installed since items needing correction can be viewed from the mechanical walkway.

Remove the thumbturn deadbolt and provide keyed hardware with the sticker as discussed, provide single action hardware on the west exit door and remove the deadbolt, provide resubmittals showing the attic/mezzanine storage access including the stairs/ladder. See the city approved plans for corrections marked in red.

Provide map at the facp with a legend so the responding fire dept. can interpret the map, provide as-built floor plan that is to scale (as the original submittal), provide NFPA 72 record of completion forms.
