Met John (owner) to investigate structure. Structure measures 12x15 (180 sq. ft.) and is attached to house with 10 screws. John is going to build a new wall, and remove the screws holding shed to house. Now we will have a detached storage shed, under 200 sq. ft. with no setback issues. OK per Boise City adopted ordinance. I will re-inspect and final when the new wall is completed. I've re-scheduled final insp for Mon. Oct. 17th.
