Completed inspection for cover at building area B 3rd floor. Items noted include; one restroom missing a sprinkler head per plan-(install or remove from plan per NFPA exceptions), missing coverage at a housekeeping closet, areas not completed at this time include 2"main at corridor, elevator lobby, mechanical, data, and trash rooms. Adjustments to coverage at three locations completed while on site. Discussed fire stop at joist channels <160ft3.

Fire sprinkler work approved for cover at the new cath lab. Need to provide a drop ceiling or extend sheetrock to the deck for upright coverage at two equipment rooms adjacent to the lab.
