Contractors parking on adjacent lot last week during wet days tracked mud onto sidewalk just above site. Rest of site is in good condtions with WIP. Some of the perimeter wattles have been removed to foot traffic and loading/unloading activity. Will need to be reinstalled if banks are not stabilized.

Verbal correction request issued to RP/GC John Seidl to prohibit parking on adjacent lot(s) and sweep/shovel dirt that has been tracked out.

Hackberry Ranch hillsides, drainage structures, and streets currently have no ESC issues. Work on going on multiple SFHs, each with their own permit.

Next inspection will check downstream check dams for maintenance needs. Drainage channel next to Bogus Basin Road is vegetating well, which will help dissipate stormwater flows and hold sediment in place..

No excavation started at site prior to site prep inspection request. Permit is posted, perimeter wattles installed around site and staked in. Hillside lot has been graded flat during sub development. Rock used for driveway prep will be used instead of construction entrance rock in addition to regular sweeping on street and sidewalk. Approved.
