Lower fire extinguisher in the mezzanine Break Room, repair or remove non-functional emergency light in Machine Shop, provide sprinkler protection under the overhead door in Assembly Wing, remove deadbolts and provide single action hardware at the exterior doors with exit signs. Provide racking permit for storage racks over 8'-0" in height. There is no offsite monitoring and it appears that the sprinkler count does not exceed 100 heads per the UFC and no change of occupancy per the plan reviewer.
