Test and inspection of fire alarm system for Wing E, including elevator lobby and resident storage areas of the parking garage. Tested manual pulls, SDs, SFDs notification and in-room SDs, sprinkler waterflows, tampers, trip test of dry-pipe system, elevator recall functions, shunt trip, etc. for all of Wing E. Some devices near stair F1 had to be rewired to wing E, as they were located within the TCO area.
All fire alarm system devices tested OK for this wing. Since TCO of wing E is approved by this office, the fire alarm and fire sprinkler systems shall remain in service at all times.

Fire and life-safety inspection for garage 2 - elevator lobby and resident storage areas only. Actual parking garage is not part of ths TCO. Exit signs and EM lighting tested OK. Area od Refuge comm. system for this story needs work, not communicating with main panel. Will retest this device with phases F&G wings. Doors from exit stairwell and elevator lobby into the parking garage shall be signed "No Admittance", or similar verbiage to prevent residents from entering the parking garage.

Fire and life-safety inspection for wing E, including inspection and test of exit signs and emergency egress lighting, run off the generator. Added (3) exit signs from last inspection - all passed/tested OK, including exit discharge lighting.
Fire extinguishers OK and fire wall separating wing E from F&G installed on all floors. Tested Area of Refuge communication systems, however the basement and level 2A stations are not operating. Will followup on these with F&G inspections.
Temp. occupancy for Wing E approved by this office. Fire alarm and fire sprinkler systems are to remain in-service at all times.
