Need the emergency dialer replacement permit, FIR19-00467, finaled first, need city approved plans and small documents, need tagged/mounted fire extinguisher, need exit signs in the room and the two paths of egress repaired, possibly need emergency lighting, sprinklers were spaced for the old light hazard conference room but now the room is an ordinary hazard Laundry room, the fire alarm strobes are overspaced from the northeast corner of the room.....ect.

The inspection for the second and third floors failed due to the sidewall heads being overspaced. Perm plan review their max spacing is 18'out and 16' to the side. They have been installed 18'-6" from the far wall. What is approved are the hangers for the stand pipe supplies in the east and west stair wells and the short run of 4" to the FDC. Permit finaled. The suprssion sytem has been removed and not re-installed as per the scope of work. Per the gerneral contractor and the hood suppression contractor the suppression system is not required for the appliance installed.
