All roads have now been covered by roadbase so significantly less hauling traffic going forward. Roads are being prepped for paving within site. Sweeping occured last night as requested, road looks better today. Entance was getting muddy from irrigation runoff down Pierce Park, a check dam has been made to dry to keep entrance dry and RP asked neighbor to control irrigation runoff if possible. Entrance covered with road base to cover mud area.

RP stated sweeping to occur today at noon and at end of day. Site to be inactive tomorrow. Approved.

Notified from the Golf Course of ESC issues, no net out and debris falling onto course

Some rock fall and landscaping bricks occured at initial groundbreaking at top of slope. RC-GC has has now closely inspected dig areas to remove the landscaping bricks and larger rocks before any further excavation. Rocks have been picked up and gathered fom stormwater ditch and golf course. Two boulders reached the course, no damage observed. Silt fence would not have stopped the boulders.

At time of inspection, excavator was digging a rock capture berm at bottom of excavated area. Next week after full foundation and yard pad in graded, a silt fence will be installed at toe of disturbed slope.

No other violations observed at site. Will check back next week unless further complaints recieved. It appears to me higher risk section is complete.
