Need to clean up all sediment in the gutter pan and street area. Close off North access to any incoming and or out going traffic. Only Construction access for the phase of open up the final access.

Discussed with rP over the slope in the back yard along the vinyl fence. Have told him that he needs to roptect in due to it being greater than 2%. Due to the phase of work they will be putting in a barrier where the gap is. Recommend some options that he could do to prevent any more sediment from eroading. He also told me if there is any sediment that reoaded into the property next to him that he will clean it up. Will re-inspect on 10/13/08.

1. Maintain and re-install silt fence in the front of the lot.
2. Provide additional bmp's in the access area of the lot. Also recommend check dams along the west aide of the lot due to the slope from the back of the lot.
3. Place all debris into to the trash container that has been provided.

1. Clean up a contaminated soil from the hydrolic leak form the rock trencher. If maintainence work on the equiptment is going to occur a spil kit and an absobent drop clothe will need to be provided.
