Had confence with RSCI project manager Cory Kessler (###-####) regarding site setup. Permit and plan are at job trailor. Construction will begin next week. Site is contained by new access (to be paved after completion of project) and will have silt fence along south and east to prevent runoff down to biosolids treatement pasture. Re-inspection of BMPs will occur next Wednesday. Approved.
