Discussed erosion control on area below cement wall - rock chip material is to be installed below to protect the area and provide ground cover. RP-GC also noted that the cement wall will be painted/colored to match the hillside colors. No violations at site. No corrections issued at this time.

No windblown trash or fugitive dust issues occuring at time of inspection. Landscaping and irrigation line installation between roads and sidewalk is occuring, so some loose topsoil and dirt should be swept upon completion.
