No work was in progress at time of inspection and no access to roof was provided, a visual inspection of the roof was performed around the perimeter of the dwelling from the ground. The current owner has stated that the actual re-roofing occured between December 2014 and January 2015 prior to his purchasing of the dwelling and not in September/October of 2017. A search of records indicated no roofing permits were issued or work inspected in the December/January time frame.
