Contractor's stabilization preference for the walls is plastic. Plastic sheeting must be minimum 6 mil, keyed in at the top of slope and held in place with sandbags or other weights placed no more than 10 ft apart. Sema shall be taped or weighted down the entire length. Overlap shall be at least 24 inches. All edges should be embedded at least 6 inches into soil.
