1:30 -- renters substandard complaint........met with tenant and landlord and notified them that after talking to the plumber yesterday that I was in aggreement with him that the floor should be replaced prior to replacing the toilet. The flooring will not hold the closet screws to secure the toilet in its currant condition(wet and rotting), so the toilet flange would soon begin leaking. Tenant and landlord are at an impass to date on how to provide landlord access to replace wet and damaged flooring in bathroom and living room area. I told them that I could not help them with that issue.

Water heater needs pan, new flex on water to replace kinked one. Pressure relief line to be re-connected. undersized vent connector already replaced by heating contractor.
