Notice given to Dave Powell w/ Dallas Harris:
1. Provide a stabilized staging area where, maintianing, staging and fueling can occur on equipment with a stabilized access to minuimize tracking to the maximium extent practible on the north east end of Warm Springs Ave project area.
Clean up all tracking that is involve with the project area.
**Failure to comply with the given time frame will result in a stop work order.** Will re-inspect on 11/15/2010PM.
