Garage structure is complete and no further foundation or exterior work needed. BLD open, however yard is landscaped and all previous excavation stabilized. No additional ESC inspections necessary. ESC permit conditions satisfied.

No activity or remaining disturbed areas at site. Yard is completely landscaped. No activity on open BLD in over 1 year. ESC permit finaled.

Pool installation with retaining wall is still in progress. No trackout or erosion issues at site, but will need to stablize adjacent lot and remove temporary BMPs.

After receiving warning, GC Matt Brown stopped work and installed perimeter silt fencing, posted permit, and is currently working on regrading the entrance to the lot to install a tracking pad.

No sediment or discharges leaving the site, discussed project with Matt. Approved to continue.

The complaint inspection conducted on 10/9 regarding the "road" installed on the adjacent lot has been resolved. The disturbed area has been hydroseeded and wattle will be removed once vegetation is fully established. Approved.

No trackout at entrance of Terraces laydown/staging yard. No stormwater discharges from site observed. Perimeter has chain link fencing, silt fence, and earthen berm. See ESC14-00755 for Terraces main project site.

WIP on LHM Collision Center. No sediment or discharges leaving site. Vertical construction in progress. Drop inlets have filter bag containment protection and ESC permit posted visibly on security fencing. No corrections at this time.

Abode subdivision development is fully constructed and nearly all lots are filled with completed homes. Harding Construction has several SFH permits active at this time and they will remove drop inlet filter bags.

No further ESC inspections necessary for this permit. Permit finaled.

ACHD ESC Inspector reported that site was now dewatering into MS4. Upon further investigation it turned out the water was from drinking water line flushing by United Water - which is a permitted disharge per stormwater ordinance. Water was picking up sediment from street and nearby stockpile so we stopped flushing and had them run a hose directly into DI to prevent co-mingling with sediment. Change was made and resolved problem.

Checked dewatering operation and one pump was flowing and dishage looked within limits. I requested they keep logging samples and monitor. Water downstream in Ann Morrison creek appears to clear. ACHD will return for turbidity sample.

No corrections at this time, complaint issue resolved.
