Homeowner RP - large lot with space for temporary stockpiling. MS4 inlet is over 200 M to the north and parcel is at end of street, so a sandbag filter/check dam will capture sediment.

Approved for excavation. Permit sign posted on existing garage.

Work complete. No construction activity ongoing. No outstanding ESC issues, conditions satisfied. BLD permit needs a final inspection....

WIP on interior, no activity on yard and rear hillside. Silt fence perimeter is installed. no corrections.

WIP. No trackout, construction entrance installed for heavy equipment; employee parking is on the street. No erosion issues observed below site.

BMPs and roadside drainage improvements in East Valley contained sediment on site. No discharges or trackout observed. DIs have coir mat protection and perimeter berms have been installed to contain and direct sheet flow.

No recent complaints received, site currently in compliance.

I am digging 4-45 HR also and I do not see it on the list... Can I get this inspection also
