See the city approved plans for the redlined list of items needing correction which include deleting the heat detector and provide as-builts, repair the emergency phone in the elevator, provide a map at the facp and find where the missing alarm signal is since seven where sent but only six were received. Also the fire alarm panel installed, a Radionics D9412, is not the panel submitted for approval. The radio transmitter is correct. The contractor needs to resubmit or make some sort of arrangements with the plan reviewer for this change.
