with 408...project not done per approved plans homeowners do not speak english and using the fack to not be able to understand oplanreview requirements. Cathy Collins was very helpful for the initial plan review and I am quite sure they understood requirements when they left with the approved permit on 6/5/2012...11-15-2012 pep
